Dragonladies online advice blog was created based on the high demand for quick, individualized decorating advice for our client. Getting professional interior decorating and staging advice is easy! Just send us some photos of your decorating or staging project along with your measurements and we will respond via email or with a call depending on your preference. We can answer a question for $20.00 or if you’d prefer we can provide you with as much help as you need with room planning, examples and ideas and where to buy what we recommend for $40.00/Hr.
What we can do for you:
- Select color palette including paint and fabric colors.
- Window treatment advice and discounts. We have a fantastic boutique that we use almost exclusively for custom and ready- made window treatments that can fit any budget. Why? Because we pass along our designer discount to you!
- Furniture shopping or rearranging ideas.
- Help with the finishing touches including where to hang artwork and what you need to complete a room.
- Renovating a room or house? If you need help selecting lighting fixtures, flooring, counter tops, cabinet knobs etc we are here for you.
- Staging advice to help you market your home and appeal to the masses. Decorating and staging are almost polar opposites and we can show you how to do it.
- Offer an honest opinion! If something looks out of date or wrong in some way we will let you know why and how to fix it.
How it works:
The key to online decorating is to provide as many photos and details about
your project as you can. The process is simple:
- Send us your payment by clicking on the shopping cart below. You can ask as many questions as you want for $20.00 each.
A question could be anything from what color should I paint this room or what type of artwork should I add or what kind of furniture should I be looking for to best room layout. If we feel your question is more involved we will give you an estimate as to how long it will take us to answer your question. This will only happen if we feel your question would take us longer than 30 minutes to research or answer for you. - Once you receive a confirmation email from Paypal that payment has gone through successfully you can click on the email address for the dragonfly representative provided within the body of that email and send us your questions, pictures etc. Paypal is the preferred payment method because it is safe and secure for both of us.
- Laura or Carol (Owners of Dragonfly Home Staging and Re-Design) will reach out to you via phone or email within 24 hrs of your question submission with your answers or if we have further questions or clarification.
We check the blog several times a day and will make every effort to get back to you as quickly as we can. We typically end our day by going over the day’s questions together as a team which gives you the expert advice of two decorators. One of the keys to our success is that we are great friends as well as colleagues and we love decorating! We bring to the table a great sense of style coupled with sensible and economical decorating ideas that you can implement yourself.
