What we do- Beautiful transformations can be achieved without breaking the budget. Your home will look like it was carefully decorated and recently updated.  We love a good challenge and you will be amazed at what we can do for you.  We work as a team so you will always have the expert advice of 2 decorators.

Initial Consultation- We will first meet with you to discuss your goals and expectations and explain how we work.  During the visit we will take many pictures and take notes.   We use a color coded system to mark the items we feel would need to be moved or removed before our next visit.  You can expect this meeting to last about 1 hour.  Within a few days you will receive a written proposal with “to do” list.  The fee for this service is $150 and will be refunded back to you if you book a staging or re-design project.

Staging to Sell or Re-design-   We will transform the main areas of the home by selecting updated paint colors for the interior walls if necessary and we will paint it for you! We will also recommend changing out or removing outdated window treatments and we do the installation for you as well.  Permanent and area task lighting will be addressed as well as flooring.  Furniture and accessories will be moved to its optimal position within the home.  We always try to use as much of your personal furnishings as possible to keep down cost.  Depending on your needs and budget and time constraints we will either bring in some of our own accessories or suggest you purchase some items to complete the look of each room.  The after photos we take are available for you and your agent to use in your marketing efforts at no additional cost.  You can expect this service to cost approximately 1% of the value of your home.

DIY Action Plan- If you would prefer to DIY (Do it yourself) A detailed action plan can be provided for you.  The cost for this service is based on an hourly rate of $90.00/hr and can usually be done in less than 4 hrs

Shopping Service- We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home or for decorating your home to your taste. We know where to go; we’re great bargain shoppers and even get “Designer Discounts” on what we purchase for you at many of the well known retail home stores across the country. This service often pays for itself in the savings. Fee for this service is $90 per hour
